Step 2: Add to cart

After deciding on the product you wish to purchase, simply make the necessary selection(s) in the product information page and click ‘Add to Cart’.

Step 3: Shopping Cart

This is a snapshot of a customer’s shopping cart. Items that you have ‘Added to Cart’ in the previous step will be shown here. From here, you can click ‘Continue Shopping’ to add more items, or click ‘Checkout’ once you are happy with your cart contents.

Step 4: Shopper's Login

Before checking out, you will be required to ‘Sign In’. If you are a new customer, you should register yourself first by clicking ‘Continue >>’

Step 5: Delivery Information

This is the first page that you will see after clicking on the ‘Checkout’ button. Check that your Shipping Address is correct. If needed, you may alter the address by clicking ‘Change Address’.

For the Shipping Method, select Flat Rate if your shipping destination is within Malaysia. Select Zone Rates for Singapore addresses. If you need shipping to another country, do email us for a shipping quote.

Click ‘Continue >>’

Step 6: Selecting Payment Method

Select your desired Payment Method. Current choices available are:

Cash on Delivery – Select this option if you wish to collect your order during one of our scheduled PickUps. Our schedule for upcoming PickUps is updated monthly on our Shipping & Payments information page. Remember to let us know your selected PickUp in the comment box!

NBePay Payment Gateway – Select this option to pay using credit cards or online bank transfers.

If you have a Discount Coupon, insert it in the special box (Number 2)

If you wish to communicate with us regarding your order, add comments for us in the Comment Box. Click ‘Continue >>’ to proceed

Step 7: Order Confirmation

In the Order Confirmation page, you will see a summary of your shopping session. Double check the listed information, and you may click on ‘(Edit)’ to make necessary changes if you wish.

Click ‘Confirm Order’ to place the order with us! Please note that this finalizes your order, and we will begin processing your order accordingly.

If you have selected ‘Cash on Delivery’ earlier, we will contact you shortly with information about the selected PickUp.

If you have selected ‘NBePay Payment Gateway’, you will be directed to the Step 9.

Step 8: Paying using NBE Payment method

If you have selected to pay using ‘NBePay Payment Gateway’, you will see this page. Click on the image button, and you will be directed to NBePay’s website to make payment.

Step 9: NBE Payment gateway

This is a view of NBePay Payment Gateway. You may select the desired payment options in the left sidebar. Fill in the necessary details, and click ‘PAY ONLINE’ to send payment to us :)

Note: This page in maintained and secured within NBePay’s system and the name NetBulder EC will appear on your credit card statement.

Step 10: Thank you

Your order has been placed! Just sit back and relax, we will process and send your order off to the post office very soon :)
