I just got the brush last Friday. True to its claim, this brush is indeed very soft! It is just as soft as my Bobbi Brown face brush, if not softer! Out of excitement, I also got my hubby and sister in law to try the brush as well. They all said it's indeed very soft.
I have also washed the brush 2 times already. So far, I only notice 1 hair dropped (during the first wash). No further hair drop as I use it.
I'm so glad to get this brush, for its softness, quality and price! :)
