Delivery to your home/office

For deliveries within Malaysia, please select Malaysia Shipping Rates for shipping methods. A flat rate of RM8 will be charged on orders below RM100. FREE delivery for orders of RM100 and above. All deliveries are shipped via Poslaju Malaysia.

For deliveries to other ASEAN countries, please select ASEAN Shipping Rates for shipping methods. A flat rate of RM15 will be charged on all orders. All deliveries are shipped using Registered Post.

Please note that payments must be made using the NBePay payment method. Orders will be processed and sent off within 24-48 working hours from time of successful payment. For Poslaju's delivery time frame, please refer to www.pos.com.my

Personal collection at designated spots

For personal collection, please select Malaysia Shipping Rate for shipping methods. The stated RM8 (for orders below RM100) will be deducted from your total bill at time of payment during PickUp.

At the payment information page, select Personal Pick-Up as the payment method. Select a PickUp venue from the above schedule, and state the desired venue in the comment box.

We have a cut off time every 5pm on the day prior to the scheduled PickUp. For example, if the PickUp is on 18th October, only orders placed BEFORE 5pm on 17th October will be available at the PickUp.

Tip: Our Loving agent(s) who will be at the scheduled PickUp to deliver your order is well-trained to handle your enquiries. As an added benefit to our customers, our agents are also able to color match your skin and/or to offer product suggestions.

Do make use of this lovely way to ensure your perfect shopping experience. For example, you may use the comment box to interact with our Loving agent by putting a comment such as:

"I've ordered Medium Neutral cashmere foundation, but I think I may suit Medium Beige too!
Can the Loving agent bring a Medium Beige just incase? Thanks!"

If Medium Beige is in stock, our Loving agent will bring your order of Medium Neutral PLUS a Medium Beige for you to pick… Lovely!

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and local health and safety regulations, we are not able to accept returns/exchanges of products sold. Samples are available for most of our products at affordable prices, so do test the colors before committing to a large order.

However, we will make exceptions for returns/exhanges ONLY if:

• You have received a wrong order due to a mix-up on our part,
• Items to be returned/exchanged have not been opened/used, and
• Requests for exchanges are made within 3 days from time of receipt.

Order Alteration or Cancellation

Due to the nature of our set-up and business, we are unable to entertain any cancellation of orders.
